Eons ago, and pre your time at Twitter, a bunch of us at Twtr India wanted to flip the content-first nature of the product to be moved towards an experience where conversations would be the zeitgeist and content (i.e tweets) would feed into them, and spur further threads and discussion. Alas, it did not end up seeing the light of day, but curious to hear what you think this would have turned out to be!
